The Price Unpaid
Remember not the thing undone,
scars erased from wars unwon.
Pictures lost from shots unmade,
memories fade of plans unlaid.
Cannot grasp the gold unearned,
knowledge past that went unlearned.
Many request is left unprayed,
one never knows the price unpaid.
